Adiliz Barrera

Adiliz is the President of the College of Environmental Engineers of Panama, with over 10 years of experience in environmental management in both public and private sectors. Her work spans circular economy, airport operations, sanitation, infrastructure, and construction. Over the past 5 years, she has led the Electronic Waste Project in Latin America (PREAL) for Panama and is part of the consulting team at the Regional Center for the Basel and Stockholm Conventions at the University of Panama. She has also been actively involved in citizen participation processes.
