Jason Brown leads the Device Repair Operations Program Management team for Microsoft Devices, with over 19 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry. He has a proven track record of incorporating repairability and serviceability into product design and is dedicated to designing and launching products with longevity, circularity, modularity, and ease of repair and service in mind. As a speaker at the Electronics Sustainability Summit, Jason will share his insights on the importance of circularity in product design, and how the DRO team is prioritizing this approach for Microsoft Surface devices.
