Paul Ryznar

Paul Ryznar is an engineer, inventor, and entrepreneur with nearly 40 years of experience in manufacturing. He previously served as VP of Operations at Detroit Diesel, Bosch, and Energy Conversion Devices. In 2005, Ryznar spearheaded the invention of LightGuide, pioneering the use of projected augmented reality (AR) for industrial applications such as repairs, assembly, operator training, part kitting, and inspection. LightGuide has since become a proven, practical, and patented AR technology running in 36 countries and improving the quality, productivity, and training effectiveness of nearly any manual process.
