Rike Sandlin

Rike Sandlin consults in the ITAD and Recycling industries on Operational Excellence – business strategies, go-to-market plans, operations, sustainability, ESG, and M&A.

In short, he helps organizations grow. Recently Rike served as Interim Executive Director for the Global Recycling Standards Organization (GRSO), the non-profit governing body for the RIOS standard.

As an advocate for best practices and high standards, Rike has served as Co-Chair of the R2 TAC, Chairman of the RIOS Board of Directors, and Chairman of ISRI’s Certification & Standards and Education Committees; and he frequently speaks on best practices.

Previously, Rike was COO and partner in HiTech Assets, a leading ITAD. He also served as Environmental Affairs and Marketing Director for Arrow/Intechra and managed product development for Verizon.

Rike earned his engineering degree from Georgia Tech and MBA from Millsaps College. He lives on a mountain top near Huntsville, AL.
