Thank you for teaming up with us for the 2024 eSummit! Here are a few key things you’ll need to complete in preparation – and stay tuned for updates regarding in-person and virtual components of the event.
COMPANY INFORMATION
We will use the information you provide using the Company Information Link on the eSummit website and the Official Conference App. This link was sent to you by Ali. If you need your unique Company Information Link again, please email Ali Briggs-Ungerer at [email protected]. If you don’t submit your info before September 6th, we cannot guarantee it’ll be included on the website or App. Attendees will have access to the App well before the start of the conference, so the sooner the better!

TRIVIA QUESTION
Trivia is always great for engagement, so we’ve decided to include a trivia question in all our packages. This is a fun way to increase exhibitor traffic by offering attendees a cash prize incentive for answering exhibitor-submitted questions. Click the Submit Question button and complete the Trivia Question form to send us your question. Only questions submitted by October 10th will be included.

REGISTER YOUR ATTENDEES
If your package includes one or more summit registrations, you’ve received an email with a unique discount code from Ali. The code is non-transferable and may not be shared with other organizations. Register early to gain access to the Official eSummit App before the event. The app allows you to schedule one-on-one meetings, personalize your conference itinerary, and stay fully informed with real-time updates.

Please note that setup or teardown outside the published times is not permitted by the event property or conference organizers. Please consider the following when booking your travel:
Exhibitor Setup:
Monday, October 21st from 4 pm - 8 pm
Tuesday, October 22nd from 7 am – 2 pm
Exhibitor Teardown:
Thursday, October 24th at 11 am - 3 pm
Exhibit Hall hours
Tuesday, October 22nd: 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Wednesday, October 23rd: 7:30 am - 6:30 pm
Thursday, October 24th: 9:00 am - 11:00 am
EXHIBITOR SERVICES
If you require a dedicated internet connection, please submit the INTERNET FORM to the hotel.
Complimentary meeting room Wi-Fi is provided by the eSummit throughout the event space but is suitable for basic browsing and email only. Increased bandwidth requirements (such as streaming video) will require a dedicated wired or wireless internet connection, which must be ordered using the Exhibitor Form.
