Stephanie McLarty is Head of Sustainability at Quantum Lifecycle Partners, Canada’s largest electronics reuse and recycling company. In her role, Stephanie is in charge of building and executing a sustainability strategy across the 12 locations and beyond to help the company’s stakeholders: customers, team and the planet. Quantum has received numerous accolades and awards for their ESG leadership.
Stephanie is also a respected thought leader and host of the podcast, The Circular Future. She joined Quantum in January 2022 when Quantum acquired the company she founded, REfficient Inc, a Certified B Corp which served customers in 14 countries in the reuse and recycling of telecom equipment.
